Arleshia McMichael

Founder/CEO

Arleshia McMichael, the CEO and President of Poverty 2 Prosperity PS Inc, is a dedicated and passionate leader who has played a pivotal role in the organization's operations, resource management, grant acquisition, community events, and important decision-making processes. She founded Poverty 2 Prosperity PS Inc in 2020, driven by her deep commitment to making a positive impact in her community. Arleshia brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, with over 15 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Currently pursuing a master's degree in public administration, Arleshia's thirst for knowledge and personal growth is evident.

Residing in Atlanta, Georgia, Arleshia not only works and gives back to her community but also lives there, maintaining strong ties and a genuine understanding of the area's needs. Her visionary mindset and strategic approach have inspired many individuals throughout her life. Arleshia is a woman of many talents, including being an ordained Minister of the Gospel, an author, and the CEO of Life Skills Consulting Services LLC.

Arleshia's nonprofit organization, Poverty 2 Prosperity PS Inc., is an ongoing project close to her heart. Through this organization, she tirelessly works to provide education, meals, financial freedom, job opportunities, volunteer work, and community wellness initiatives throughout the state of Georgia. Arleshia values family, loyalty, honesty, integrity, and most importantly, empowering others.

Arleshia's life is guided by her strong faith and spirituality, and she views herself as a true woman of God. Her resilience and unwavering determination are best described by the phrase, "I've been bent but never broken." In addition to her nonprofit work, Arleshia has authored a book titled "A Father's Touch," released in August 2021 on platforms such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

With her dedication, hard work, and commitment, Arleshia McMichael continues to make a difference in the lives of others through Poverty 2 Prosperity PS Inc and various other endeavors. She epitomizes the values of honesty, integrity, and love for the community, as reflected in her chosen biblical verse, John 15:12, which emphasizes the importance of loving one another as Jesus has loved us.
